What to expect at the first class
Arrive a few minutes early so your child can meet the coach. Class starts with a fun warm-up, moves into ninja movement and one simple BJJ skill, and ends with games that let kids practice what they learned. Parents are welcome to watch.

What ages do you teach?
Kids BJJ runs for ages 6–10, and our Ninja program builds coordination, focus and confidence for younger movers.
Is my child's first class free?
Yes — the first class is on us. Book ahead so a coach is ready to welcome your child.
Is it safe?
Safety comes first. Kids learn control, respect and tapping from day one, and coaches supervise every drill and round.
What should my child wear?
Comfortable athletic clothes with no zippers or metal, and a water bottle.
Am I locked into a contract?
No.
